South Side Tower is MOVING AHEAD!

Have you noticed some new activity on the project recently? All window replacement in the tower is completed. We’ve begun early site work, including cleanup, additional demolition, exterior renovations and some work on the building’s infrastructure. We have several units sold and are negotiating with some choice commercial tenants.
