Only 4 Units Remain!!!

The project continues to gather momentum since construction has picked up this month. We recently signed another contract which gets us to 9 of 13 units sold. In addition, we have signed our first lease for a chiropractor's office on the second floor and we continue to negotiate with several ground floor tenants. We'll keep you up to date here with further sales, leasing and construction progress. We're all looking forward to completion in spring/summer of 2007!
